Cambodia Visa

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport, must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry, with at least two blank visa pages in your passport.
2. Bio-page copy of the passport.

One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed. 

• One (1) recently taken professional passport-type photograph.
  Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

A business letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company is required. A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Cambodia, Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Cambodia. Invitation should detail intended dates of arrival and departure from the country, your name and passport number, and request any special visa conditions (Multiple Entries visa) if required. Fax or scan is accepted.

a copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
