Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.

Business Visa

A business letter (click here for sample letter) is required, plus two copies, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Egypt, Visa Section, Washington, DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
Name, address and phone number for your contact person within host organization in Egypt
This letter should request a Multiple Entry visa if required, be sure to list 2-3 sets of dates to confirm that a multiple entry visa is required.
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Diplomatic Visa

Letter from sending Government department or agency, explaining the purpose of the trip and dates of travel.
Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
