Tourist Visa
Valid and signed U. S. Passport – must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry, with at least one blank visa page in your passport.
Visa application form (B62.3) fully completed and signed. If minor (children under 17 years old), parent/legal guardian must sign the application.

Copy of proof of residency or Permanent Resident Card – for non-US citizens
Copy of most recent bank statement as proof of sufficient funds to cover all expenses.
Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.

Business Visa

A business letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company – The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
