Gabon Visa

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport, must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry, with at least one blank visa page in your passport.
2. Bio-page copy of the passport.

Two (2) Visa Application Forms completed and signed. 

Two (2) recently taken professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

A business letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company – The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

A letter of invitation from sponsor/host company in Gabon explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Gabon. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host’s contact information in Gabon.

Must send original International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.

A copy of confirmed hotel reservation(s). If staying in various hotels, please provide copies of each reservation. 

OR

A letter from inviting family member or friend is required if they are providing accommodations to the applicant. The letter must include date of applicant’s arrival, length of stay and host’s contact information including telephone number and full home address.
