Mission Visa
Visa issued to United states Contractors with DOD and U.S. Air force
- Valid and signed Original Passport, it must not expire within 6 months beyond the date of entry and must have at least one blank visa page;
- Two (2) photocopies of passport data page.
One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed;

Business Letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company – The letter must explain all of the following: Nature of business to be performed; Name and address of reference to be visited; Indicate the applicants employment status/position held in the company; This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required; Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit; The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant;
Letter from Department of Defense or Us Airforce, – the letter should include the reason of the travel, contracting company, the travel must be urgent and the mission cannot be postponed. The letter should include the airport the individuals are leaving from , and the airport they will arrive to, the type of airplane used, travel dates, and their DOD number. The Embassy prefers to have all applicants on one letter in a table form;

Business Visa

A Letter of Invitation from sponsor explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay and contact information.

Diplomatic Visa
- Valid and signed Original Passport, it must not expire within 6 months beyond the date of entry and must have at least one blank visa page;
- Two (2) photocopies of passport data page.
One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed;

Must submit an official request from the US Department of State or the concerned government agency.
