Letter of Invitation must be typewritten and notarized in the Republic of Congo, stating the nature of the trip, the name and address of a reference to be visited in the Republic of Congo. This letter must be addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo, Visa Section;

A copy of hotel reservation showing the traveler’s name.
A copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.

A business letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company – The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
