Tourist Visa
Valid and signed U. S. Passport and must be valid for 6 months beyond the expiration date of of the visa you are applying for. It must have at least 2 adjacent blank visa pages.
One (1) Visa Application Form completed online, printed and signed. This application is hosted by the Russian Foreign Ministry. We recommend allowing up to an hour to complete as the website and application form can be difficult to use.

. The application must be printed on THREE or FOUR sheets of paper, back to back forms are NOT accepted.
One (1) recently taken professional passport-type photograph.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Standard Tourist Confirmation and Voucher from authorized tourist company or hotel in Russia. This confirmation must be provided on the new standard form introduced by the Russian State Committee on Tourism. Receiving organization must be registered as a tourist company with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and assigned a special registration number. A reference number, and the registration number assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as personal information on the traveler, and the particulars of the trip must appear on the confirmation.
On September 9th, 2012, the Russian Government introduced a new 3-year multiple entry visa option for US Citizens.
If you wish to apply for a 3-year visa follow the application form guidelines below:
You must answer Number of Entries as Multiple Entry on your visa application form.
You must answer Date of Entry and Date of Departure from Russia using a period of time covering 3 years. Example: If your Confirmation and Voucher starts on (Date of Entry) 24/07/2016 the (Date of Departure) must be 23/07/2019, not the departure date listing on your Confirmation and Voucher. It must be a full 3 year period.
For applicants under 18 years of age, must provide notarized parental consent from non-traveling parent(s).

Visa Support is provided by your Russian host organization through Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia or Original letter of Invitation from your Russian host must be issued by the Federal Migration Service or its local office.
