Entry Visa
Valid and signed Actual Passport – must be valid for at least 180 days from date of arrival in South Sudan and with at least one blank visa page in your passport;
Application Form must be completed and signed by the applicant. Please note that Applications printed on both sides of the paper will not be accepted, and visa will not be processed until it is replaced;

Business Letter from US Organization (click here for sample letter) – The letter must explain all of the following: Nature of business to be performed; Name and address of reference to be visited; Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit; The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Invitation Letter from your host organization in South Sudan addressed to the Embassy of South Sudan explaining the purpose of your travel.
Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
