Tourist Visa

A Visa Approval from the Sudan Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required. The visa approval should be obtained on your behalf by a relative/friend, sponsoring company or organization in Sudan, or an approved hotel/travel agency in Sudan. A Sudanese National Sponsor (Full Name and Current Address) with a Copy of the Electronic Sudanese Passport or Sudanese Nationality ID submitted with the application

OR Travel Agency based in Sudan with details of the trip
Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera are recommended.

Business Visa

Business Letter (click here for sample letter) from US Company – The letter must explain all of the following: Nature of business to be performed; Name and address of references to be visited; This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required; Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit; The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Humanitarian Visa
Valid and signed Original Passport – must be valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank visa page in your passport; it must NOT have Israeli Visas of Immigration stamps affixed to it.

A Copy of the Humanitarian Aid Commission Certificate (HAC). This can be obtained from the Humanitarian Organization
Employment Verification Letter from the Organization’s Office in the U.S.
