Tourist Visa/ East Africa Tourist Visa*
Scanned copy of valid and signed U. S. Passport ((front cover and data page). Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry, with at least one blank visa page in your passport.
One (1) Visa Application Form completed and signed.
Two (2) recently taken professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

Copy of your round trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent. The itinerary must show the applicant’s name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
A copy of your hotel reservation/confirmation or invitation letter from your contact person in Kenya with copy of inviter’s passport (front and back) or national ID

Business Visa

A business letter (click here for sample letter) from the US company – The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Name and address of reference to be visited
This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

The invitation letter must be accompanied by the inviter’s company registration.
Diplomatic Visa
Valid and signed U. S. Passport, must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry, with at least one blank visa page in your passport.

Official letter from the sending organization detailing the following:
Applicant’s position and title
Purpose of the trip
Dates of the intended visit
Contact person in Kenya
